Ventura brings 20 years of business, sales and partnership experience to International Bancard at its corporate headquarters just outside Detroit.
In his role, Ventura works with David Iafrate, Chairman and CEO and Joseph Valentic, Executive Vice President and CFO to advance the company’s strategic relationships, with the goal of driving lead generation opportunities.

Ventura has worked with some of the most prestigious sports organizations throughout his career, such as the Boston Red Sox, the Detroit Pistons and the Detroit Red Wings. Most recently he has helped successfully launch three startup companies, with the main focus of driving and increasing revenue through true partnerships. Â

Ventura holds an MBA from New York University in Sports Administration, and a BS in Marketing from Ferris State University. Ventura resides in Northville, Mich., with his wife and two children.
