For many people, a taste of San Diego entertainment would not be complete without seeing a local play – and that means venturing to The Old Globe or perhaps the Balboa Theatre. There is also the Cheese Shop Delicatessen (which garnered the 2010 Lamplighter Award for Favorite Quick Service.) If you’re pandering to the Irish spirit of good eating, you could visit the Dublin Square Irish Pub & Grill for lunch. Those hankering for a taste of San Diego’s spin on great seafood dishes might venture to the McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant for dinner.
